Hodgson doubles up on Super One victories with another round blitz at Larkhall.
Following on from his display at Glan-Y-Gors, Oliver Hodgson managed another fine
weekend at Larkhall, near Glasgow for the fourth round of the Super One KGP British
A warm weekend throughout saw Hodgson set the pace in timed qualifying, even resulting
in having three laps all good enough for pole position ahead of team mate Litchfield.
Heats 1 and 2 saw Hodgson only headed briefly before driving away serenely at the
front by the races end. Two victories saw maximum points go towards another pole
position for the first final.
The two finals saw a repeat of the heats, Ollie managed to put in a sequence of fast
laps, teamed with great starts to lead from lights to flag, recouping another maximum
possible points haul from the finals. Without the unfortunate events of Shenington
Hodgson would have one hand already on the British Title, however he has proved to
be the class of the field, as he aims for a repeat performance at Rissington in August.
